Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner, a woman that has the strength and energy of an adolescent paired with the sage's knowledge is the most exemplary example of modern women who are able to accomplish everything. She's a writer, health guru, talk show host and producer. Also, a dancer and director. Model and comedienne. And most importantly the wife and mother! Perpetual Motion is without doubt earned her the nickname. Marilu's story is a testament to her health-conscious approach. She believes that one can do whatever you want with a healthy body. But it wasn't always this like that. As a teenager, she watched as her weight increased. The reason she ate was emotion and always felt unwell. She was aware that, when her parents were dying in their forties and her mother suffered from ailments caused by arthritis and her dad from a cardiac arrest, that she should take a proactive approach to her health.
